The Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, email, and CRM systems. You'll deliver exceptional service, resolve queries, and help retain customers with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
16. Handle live chats and emails across multiple insurance products
17. Support new and existing customers with queries and renewals
18. Retain customers considering cancellation by offering tailored solutions
19. Meet KPIs and service level targets
20. Stay up to date with product changes and compliance standards
21. Identify and support vulnerable customers
22. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
Essential:
23. Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment
24. Strong written and verbal communication skills
25. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/live chat platforms
26. Organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines
27. A team player who's proactive and eager to learn
Desirable:
28. Experience in financial services or insurance
29. Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
30. 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
31. CII qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
