On 14th May 2025, we’re taking off our Chef whites and turning to Recruitment, and we want to meet Chefs of all levels who are looking to grow their career at one of our standout venues in St Andrews or Broughty Ferry.

THE PROCESS

It’s a chance to ask questions, get a feel for our venues, and explore which Kitchen is the right fit for you. We’ll talk roles, culture, career paths and everything in between.

We’re hiring for every Kitchen position. No matter where you are in your journey, there’s a space for you here:
* Head Chef – Lead the kitchen with confidence. You’ll run the show, shape the menus, drive performance and bring high standards and high energy.
* Sous Chef – The glue of the kitchen. You’ll support the Head Chef, lead services, and help coach and develop the team.
* Junior Sous Chef – You’ve got the experience and ambition. We’ll give you the platform to step up and own it.
* Chef de Partie – You’re the engine of the kitchen. You know your section inside out and keep quality tight no matter the pressure.
* Commis Chef – Hungry to learn and happy to graft. You’ll be hands-on, soaking it all in.
* Apprentice Chef – No skills yet? No problem. If you’ve got passion, we’ve got the tools to help you build a career.
