Job Title- Business Development Manager-Property Services
Location- Didsbury
Salary- £60,000-£70,000
Are you a business development manager with access to key social housing clients across the North West?
Do you have a real passion for business development within property services?
We are working with a well established, national property services provider that offer all aspects of planned works, which includes social housing and public buildings
They are looking for a business development manager that will unlock the door to further business and grow their market share within the region.
As business development manager, you will;
1. Identify and prioritise key customers in the region
2. Gather market information and analyse data to collate growth plans
3. Provide regular updates on new and existing customers
4. Report on market changes and their impact on the region
5. Make regular contact with new and existing customers to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
6. Contribute to marketing materials and ensure their efficient use
7. Provide feedback to managers/directors as to where improvements can be made to best service their customers
As business development manager it is required that you;
8. Have an existing regional contact base
9. Are knowledgeable about property services and regeneration/development
10. Have the ability to identify new business opportunities
11. Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
12. Are able to demonstrate a track record of business development wins in the industry
As business development manager, you will receive;
13. Starting salary of £60,000-£70,000 DOE
14. £5,200 car allowance or company vehicle
15. Up to 5% annual bonus
16. 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday
17. Life insurance
