Your Role
As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Assist young people with their daily routines
* Build trusting relationships and be a reliable adult figure
* Empower them to develop confidence, life skills, and independence
* Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day
While prior experience with children or young people is beneficial, we understand that this may be your first role in this field. Rest assured, we will equip you with all the training and support you need to thrive!
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car, as travel is required
* A friendly demeanor, with strong communication skills to engage with children and colleagues
* A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
