Job Description
As a Restaurant Supervisor at the Royal Duchy Hotel, you will support the Restaurant Manager by guiding and supporting the team, taking customer orders, and serving them while providing efficient and pleasant customer service. You will work towards departmental targets and assist in training and supervising restaurant staff. Responsibilities
1. Prepare the station for service, including stocking condiments, linen, and servicing cutlery.
2. Welcome customers, issue menus, and record orders alongside team members.
3. Serve food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
4. Clear and relay tables as needed.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant area and equipment.
6. Participate in cleaning the restaurant with other staff.
7. Understand and comply with company policies on health and safety, fire precautions, and legal requirements.
8. Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships.
