MECHATRONIC SYSTEMS CALIBRATION ENGINEER - CLIMATE COMFORT DELIVERY

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Mechatronic Systems Calibration Engineer to join our Climate Cabin Systems team. You will develop and refine vehicle climate control and air quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations.
Your responsibilities will include hands-on vehicle and rig-based testing, data analysis, system calibration adjustments, and process improvements. You will document procedures and produce detailed reports, directly impacting occupant comfort and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform calibration activities for climate cabin and thermal systems in various environments, including climatic test facilities, UK roads, and international locations, sometimes for up to four weeks.
* Execute test procedures meticulously, applying sound engineering judgment.
* Provide feedback to improve testing processes continuously.
* Support field quality issue resolution related to climate and air quality systems.
* Create reports to demonstrate vehicle compliance with relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear technical presentation.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach.
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization.
* Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
* Degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Willingness to travel and participate in extended testing activities abroad.
* Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools for software control model analysis.
* Hands-on experience with data acquisition hardware and software.
