Full-Time | Permanent
Paying between £60k - £75k + Car Allowance + Benefits
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner ready to shape something new? This is a brand-new role in a high-performing, people-first organisation with a reputation for excellence and innovation.
We’re looking for a confident and capable HR Business Partner with a strong track record (5–8+ years) in matrix organisations to join a growing People Centre of Excellence. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in enabling and empowering teams, influencing at all levels, and driving the people agenda forward.
? This is not an employee relations (ER) role. Instead, it's your chance to focus on strategic business partnering, people engagement, change support, and organisational effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing:
* Build trusted relationships with leaders, acting as a true strategic partner across the business.
* Drive the people plan aligned to business priorities and support ongoing transformation.
* Support and enable stakeholders through organisational change and development.
* Collaborate as part of a Centre of Excellence in a complex matrix environment.
* Use your Trade Union experience to manage and foster positive industrial relations.
* Influence cultural evolution, engagement initiatives and talent development conversations.
What we’re looking for:
* 5–8+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within a matrix structure.
* A proactive, commercially astute HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills – you're credible and collaborative.
* Experience working with Trade Unions is essential.
* Passionate about building capability, driving change, and delivering real impact through people.
