You'll work closely with the Directors, gaining exposure to senior level decisions while carving out your own path, whether that's in traditional surveys, Party Wall work, or expanding into project related services. It's a professional, down to earth team where you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload and supported with the tools and guidance you need to thrive Responsibilities: • Carrying out Level 2 Homebuyer Reports, Level 3 Building Surveys, and valuations • Leading or supporting on Party Wall matters (training provided if required) • Occasional involvement in contract administration and quality inspections • Managing client expectations and providing clear, timely advice • Producing high-quality reports aligned with company service levels • Supporting junior surveyors or trainees where appropriate The Person: • MRICS qualification • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential surveying • Strong experience in Level 2/3 surveys and residential valuations • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle • Professional communication skills and a client-first approach Contact (url removed)
