Location: Bridgwater, Somerset - Hinkley Point C. Enjoy the flexibility of some remote work options!

Your Responsibilities
As a key member of the Hinkley Point C team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Fish Return System is delivered according to project requirements and company policies. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Lead the Shift: Be the point of contact, ensuring quality, health & safety, and environmental standards are met while overseeing tunnel operations.
* Support HSE Practices: Conduct daily briefings, safety tours, and manage permits to uphold offshore health and safety standards.
* Coordinate Activities: Manage tunnelling construction activities, including lifting, grouting, and vessel coordination to meet technical and schedule requirements.
* Track Performance: Maintain work plans, report on progress, and support risk and issue management for safe and effective delivery.
* Interface with Stakeholders: Act as a key liaison with clients, tunnel subcontractors, and support functions across the project.
What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in tunnelling, civil engineering, or related fields.
* A strong understanding of safe systems of work in tunnelling environments.
* The ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently.
