Job Title: Teaching Assistant Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) Location: West Yorkshire - Must be flexible with travel Salary: up to £28,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications) - pro rata for term time Type: Full Time OR Term Time considered Criteria for all candidates:
* Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant with recent experience spanning for the last 3-5 years
* Experience / knowledge of SEND / Autism is highly desirable.
* Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.
* Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Duties include:
* Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications up to Level 3, to adult learners in a group-based setting.
* Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Work to learner review and completion timescales.
