Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and budgets.
* Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
* Track progress against KPIs and SLAs, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
* Manage project risks and issues, escalating where necessary with clear mitigation plans.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
* Ensure compliance with internal frameworks such as ISO27001 and ITIL-based service management.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience managing IT projects in an MSP, VAR, or similar technology services environment.
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking, and cybersecurity.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—both internal and external.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a high-pressure environment.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Monday.com.
* Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management practices.
* Formal Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
