About the Role:
As a Painter & Decorator, you will be working alongside Tower Hamlets Council within our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
A Painter & Decorator within our Tower Hamlets branch will be part of a local team undertaking high standard painting & decorating repairs and refurbishment activities to housing properties, delivering best-in-class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.
Main Duties:
* Damp & mould treatments.
* Painting and decorating (whole rooms, ceilings, doors).
* Small service repairs.
Role Criteria:
* Painting & decorating experience.
* Experience in damp & mould treatment.
* Good communication skills.
* Good customer service skills.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/security checks before commencement of employment.
