Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in the quality of care. You will also be involved in clinical assessments, care planning, and liaising with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications
* You must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN and have significant experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home setting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills are essential, as is a commitment to delivering person-centered care and driving continuous improvement.
