Process Leader Location: Aintree, Liverpool Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) Contract: Permanent Hours: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Process Leader to join a thriving manufacturing site in Aintree, Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of shift performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure high standards of safety and productivity. The Role: Reporting into the Manufacturing Front Line Manager, the Process Leader will be responsible for: Leading the shift team to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes. Monitoring and optimising plant performance and order fulfillment. Driving a culture of safety using SOPs, risk assessments and behavioural leadership. Identifying and addressing performance gaps in real-time. Leading and supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives. Deputising for the FLM when required. Supporting development plans and training across the shift team. What We're Looking For: Experience & Skills: GCSEs (or equivalent) as a minimum. Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing, ideally food production. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Analytical and process-driven mindset. Comfortable using IT systems and reporting tools. Ability to develop and mentor individuals and teams. Behaviours: Proactive and solutions-focused. Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative. Highly organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Why Apply?
