This is far from a traditional HR position. You'll take a hands-on lead in recruitment and onboarding, helping to attract and integrate top talent. Working closely with the Fractional People Director and leadership team, youll help deliver a people strategy that supports performance, engagement, and growth.
Were looking for someone who is passionate about automation, efficiency, and using data to drive decision-making. You'll play a key role in refining processes across the entire employee lifecycleenhancing the employee experience while enabling real-time performance insights.
