Job Title: Outsourcing Assistant Manager Location: Liverpool - Salary: £38,000 to £48,000 Description: Outsourcing Assistant Manager A large, regional practice is offering a newly created position of Outsourcing Assistant Manager. This could be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to develop their career with an award winning firm, or for a Business Services and Outsourcing Senior to step up into their first management role. This role focuses on providing exceptional business outsourcing services to a wide range of clients. As one of the more commercial roles available within practice, you will oversee cloud-based bookkeeping and VAT returns produced by the team, while concentrating on management accounting and projects for clients, including outsource Financial Controller (FC) and Financial Director (FD) services. Responsibilities: Outsourcing Assistant Manager ·Oversee and manage cloud-based bookkeeping and VAT returns. ·Focus on management accounting and projects for diverse clients. ·Provide outsource FC and FD services. ·Supervise and train junior staff, enhancing their skills and capabilities. Requirements: Outsourcing Assistant Manager ·Proven experience in management accounting and business outsourcing services. ·Supervisory experience is preferred to effectively manage and train junior staff. ·Strong knowledge of cloud-based bookkeeping systems and VAT processes. ·Excellent communication and leadership skills.
