We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Daventry branch.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serving customers at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and assisting both retail and trade clients.
* Building long-term relationships with local customers.
* Promoting offers and customer incentives.
* Minimizing credits and returns by ensuring the correct parts are ordered and sent first time.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. However, candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing outstanding service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional assistance in the warehouse, such as picking or storing products, may be required.
Knowledge of local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
