What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally, managing a full store operation independently overnight, being responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level to prepare the store for opening and customer service.
* Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium added to the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Experience in monitoring KPIs or similar performance metrics.

* Leadership skills to operate independently in the absence of senior management.
