A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join the Harrogate branch of a prestigious national wealth management organisation. This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative, client-focused team within a well-established and forward-thinking business.
About the Role
In this key support role, you’ll work alongside Financial Advisers to deliver high-quality financial planning services. You’ll play a vital part in the advice process—researching solutions, preparing suitability reports, and ensuring all recommendations are technically accurate and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed, compliant suitability reports for pensions, investments, and protection
* Conduct technical research and analysis to support advice recommendations
* Collaborate with advisers and administrators to gather client information
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
* Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments
What We’re Looking For:
* Diploma-qualified (Level 4) or progressing towards completion
* Proven experience in a Paraplanner role, ideally within a wealth management environment
* Strong technical knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
* Familiarity with industry platforms and CRM systems
