Here at Signet, we're looking for an Administrator to join our talented Watch Repairs Team based in our bespoke Repairs Workshop. We're looking for a highly organised and customer focused Watch Repair Administrator to support the smooth, efficient and safe delivery of all watch repair service requests. You'll play a key role in ensuring every repair is processed accurately, every enquiry is handled professionally, and every customer receives an exceptional service experience.
Working closely with store colleagues, external partners and internal teams, you'll manage the full administrative flow of watch repairs - from receipt and logging, through estimating and materials management, to dispatch.
