What's the job?

Responsibilities:

1. Support the delivery of the TradePoint ‘National Accounts’ proposition by supporting the National Account field team, TradePoint Administrator and TradePoint general enquires.
2. Provide MI reporting and analysis to support the National Accounts strategy, Field Team and Customers.
3. Liaise with the field team with all aspects of general customer account management, around reports, dashboards and card data.
4. Support the effective recruitment of new and existing ‘National Account’ customers, through effective administration processes and account planning.
5. Develop and maintain collaborative helpful working relationships within all internal and external business partners to support the ‘National Account’ proposition and strategy.

What we need:

Experience Required:

6. A proven record of excellent administration skills
7. Advance MS Office skills, especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
8. Competent Power BI, SAP skills
9. Strong analytical skills and commercial experience
10. Commercial awareness (understanding the concepts and implications of profits, costs, margins, being able to analyse sales, build reports and draw conclusions)
11. Excellent communication and people skills
12. Passion and great values around customer service
13. Good planning and Organisational skills
14. Professional, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering great team results
15. The ability to work well under pressure
16. Maintains enthusiasm and develops effective working relationships to drive great team performance
