With a global footprint and a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, this organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Reward Analyst to support its dynamic HR team during a period of transformation.
Role Overview
As Interim Reward Analyst, you’ll play a key role in harmonising reward structures post-acquisition. You’ll work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across job architecture and grading frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the integration of reward structures following a recent acquisition
* Conduct job evaluations using WTW Grading methodology
* Develop and refine Job Architecture frameworks to ensure consistency across functions
* Analyse compensation data and provide insights to support decision-making
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reward practices align with business strategy
* Assist with Workday-related reward processes (desirable but not essential)
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in reward analysis within complex, matrixed organisations
* Strong understanding of WTW Grading and job evaluation methodologies
* Experience designing or implementing Job Architecture frameworks
* Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
* Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms (preferred)
* Able to hit the ground running and work independently in a fast-paced environment
