About the role:

Helfie is looking for an outstanding SDR, to help run the top of funnel sales process for the burgeoning pipeline of business we are establishing globally, across multiple territories and market sectors. The SDR will work hand in hand with the growth marketing team, to identify target sectors and customers and build strong account-based-marketing strategies to initiate contact, manage outreach, ensure follow up and close sales-qualified meetings to hand onto commercial owners in the business.


This is a role of significant importance as Helfie cements its revenue curve on a global scale and makes the tight qualification of opportunities, run to crystal clear and tight processes, vital for the smooth operation of the business. Every calorie we expend is vital and we are seeking the brightest sparks who have fervour and belief in what they do, alongside wanting to become part of a journey of growth, where adaptation, application and authenticity will be paramount.


Key responsibilities:

* Ownership of the top of the sales funnel, ensuring MQLs are qualified and progressed for handover to commercial teams
* Responsible with growth marketing team for sector targeting and pursuit, with tailored ABM materials and collateral
* Direct ownership of initial customer contact to qualify interest and convert to meetings
* Accountable for conversion rates and pace of conversion through the top of the sales funnel, to build and keep Helfie’s pipeline real
* Full ownership of sales reporting in lead and CRM system, to ensure business information and insight is accurate and fully up to date
* Owns reporting to management and C-suite on pipeline – running reports against metrics and with a continuous attention to identifying opportunities for improvement
* Key role to partner with growth marketing team to build company process for pipeline creation – collaborating on targeting, approach, collateral, management and reporting


Skills & experience:

* Proven experience as a successful SDR in an environment of pace and change
* Ideally, experience selling into healthcare customers, providers and partners is preferred as is experience with public sector
* Clear ability to collaborate with marketing and experience in joint creation of targeting plans, ABM and approach optimisation
* Able to evidence astute and keen management of performance against stretching targets and significant pipelines, with exponential growth
* Able to show fluency in the core metrics and process that power the SDR process and flow into commercial development
* High degree of personal integrity and desire for growth and learning
