Job Description
3. Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
4. Variance analysis
5. Balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities
6. Journals (accruals/prepayments) and Fixed Assets
7. Producing financial statements for American subsidiaries
8. Budget tracking and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
9. Developing and improving costing system to help improve visibility and accuracy on profitability
10. Product costings, pricing and profitability analysis
11. Business partnering across multiple entities to provide insightful information and analysis
12. Develop key management reports and KPIs across the business, analyse monthly revenue and margins
13. Responsible for ensuring stock visibility and accuracy is maintained
14. Support in preparing annual budget and monitor actual performance against targets
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should:
15. Be studying towards ACCA or CIMA
16. Have experience in a similar role
17. Be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
18. Be committed to continually progression and process improvements
19. Have attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
20. Have good organisational and time management abilities.
