We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Housekeeping Assistant at Rhinefield House Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
Rhinefield House, known locally as the 'Jewel in the Forest', is an award-winning luxury hotel nestled within the New Forest National Park. It is the only AA four red star hotel in the area, featuring 50 bedrooms, including three suites, an outdoor pool, a health suite, and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant & bar. It is a popular venue for weddings and Afternoon Tea with beautiful gardens and grounds.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure guest bedrooms are clean and maintained to a high standard, creating a magical first impression.
2. Replenish rooms with fresh towels and toiletries, creating a home-from-home experience.
3. Maintain attention to detail to keep public areas and rooms immaculate.
4. Set up tea, coffee, and biscuit stations and deliver personalized amenities, including for furry guests.
5. Support colleagues and self-check rooms to ensure quality standards are met.
About You:
1. Some housekeeping or cleaning experience, comfortable working alone and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
2. Pride in delivering high standards.
3. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful manner.
4. Enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
5. Ability to deliver personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations.
