As Interim Head of Finance, you will play an integral role in overseeing daily operations within the Finance department. Your responsibilities will include managing monthly accounting processes, reviewing key financial documents such as management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, preparing schedules for accruals and prepayments, maintaining asset registers, assisting with audits, and supporting budget planning.
What you'll do:
1. Deputise for the Director of Finance as required, providing dependable support and guidance to ensure continuity in leadership.
2. Provide day-to-day leadership to the Finance team, fostering motivation and creating a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
