Sales Manager
The Role of Sales Manager - Industrial Lubricants: As Sales Manager for the UK, you will be tasked with managing a team of 4 salespeople as well as direct responsibility for growing sales of their high quality but competitively priced range of industrial lubricants, by generating demand with manufacturing businesses in sectors such as food & beverage, automotive, aerospace, petrochemical and marine. This is a consultative process, conducting site surveys and producing proposals, so you will only be making a handful of customer visits per week. The role is an even split of team management and sales, which encompasses account management and new business development, where you will receive incoming leads.
