Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious
Responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out external property inspections
2. Handling maintenance enquiries
3. Arranging and visiting properties for end of tenancy check outs
4. Controlling Property licence applications
5. Court applications for possession
6. Attending court for hearings
7. Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments
