We are currently looking for a technician to join our growing team.
Role requirements
Primary role will be working in Flight Assembly, working on general building of boards and modules, harness, mechanisms and solar panels.
* Working in a cleanroom environment
* Working to ESA standard
* Working to build instructions and drawings
* A high level of electro‑mechanical build
* Building of wire harnesses and test boxes
* Other activities as delegated
Qualifications Knowledge & Skills
* Experience within a cleanroom environment
* ESA certification Required.
* A good knowledge in soldering practices, and intricate electro‑mechanical build practices.
* Practical, hands‑on ability
* Good general computing skills (word processing and basic spreadsheets) Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong and clear communication skills
* Commitment to take own initiative
* Desire to support others
* Good team working skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent planning and organising skills
* Able to use common sense when under pressure
* Ability to multi‑task and deliver both immediate and longer‑term tasks
* Able to demonstrate company mindsets and behaviours; Be accountable, Drive & delivery, communicate effectively, Self‑manage effectively, Work as one team
