Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Analyse budget vs. actuals and highlight key variances
* Manage accruals, prepayments, and intercompany journals
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations and departmental reports
* Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
* Collaborate with operational teams to track costs and boost efficiency
What Youll Need
* Part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
* Solid experience in month-end reporting and variance analysis
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs essential)
* Experience in manufacturing or construction (preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills
