Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will:
* Evaluate patient status through thorough examinations.
* Create comprehensive care plans and write orders for necessary medications and treatments.
* Educate patients and their families on health management.
* Participate in care improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with research teams to advance pediatric care.
* Utilize your Pediatric Critical Care experience in a combo hospitalist role.

Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
* Master's degree or higher in nursing, with completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Education Program.
* Acute Care Certification required, or a graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
* One year of pediatric experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in PICU, ICU, or ER preferred.
* Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the Texas State Board of Nursing, or licensed by the Texas Physician Assistant Board.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
