Social Media Associate – £28,000–£32,000 + Benefits – Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
The Role
Are you skilled in creating eye-catching digital content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? Do you have experience running social media campaigns that boost engagement and grow audiences?
We’re looking for a creative and organised Social Media Associate to join our Marketing team at Propstore’s UK headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering social media campaigns across global auction projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves content creation, and understands how to connect with online communities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create, schedule and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and X
* Produce and present short-form video content, including behind-the-scenes footage
* Track campaign performance using analytics and provide regular reports
* Work closely with our Graphics team to produce multimedia content
* Conduct competitor analysis and stay ahead of trends
* Manage social outreach and community engagement
* Write and distribute press releases for global campaigns
* Support media visits, events and press opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators

The Person
We’re looking for someone with:
* At least 2 years’ experience in digital or social media marketing
* Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with SEO and platform algorithms
* A creative mindset and strong organisational skills
* Confidence on camera and experience producing short-form video
* A genuine interest in media, movies or memorabilia is a plus
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar tools is useful but not essential
* Ability to work onsite at our Chenies HQ (please check travel options in advance)
