This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile site, perfect for local operatives looking for stability and competitive regional rates. This project involves a mix of deep drainage, structural foundations, and large-scale hardstandings. We are looking for individuals or established pairs who pride themselves on high-quality work and a "safety-first" mindset. Key Responsibilities: Deep Drainage: Installing large-bore adoptable sewers (S104) and managing complex trench-box excavations. Structural Groundworks: Setting out and pouring reinforced concrete (FRC) pads, bolt boxes, and industrial slabs. Site Services: Trenching for HV cable corridors and utility ducting.
