Required September 2025 Site Team Member Salary Scale 3 (point 5 and 6) £24,790.00 37 hours per week full time/full year To work part of a shift pattern – Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch) Early shift 6.00am – 2.30pm Late shift 9.30am – 6.00pm The Governors seek to appoint an enthusiastic hardworking person to carry out duties to support the smooth running of the school. To work as part of a team of an Estates and Facilities Manager, one full time Grounds Person and one full time site team member. Duties will include general repairs and maintenance to include, but not limited to painting, decorating, carpentry, joinery, building and any other work that may from time to time be required in order to maintain the fabric of the College buildings/site. The post does require porterage and the lifting of heaving items therefore, applicants will need to be physically fit and in good health. We are looking to recruit a person who has excellent interpersonal skills, resilient, thrives under pressure, has a good eye for detail and good attendance record.
