My client, based in Hinckley, are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this internal sales role, you\'ll handle inbound enquiries, generate and follow up on quotations, and work to convert leads into orders. Strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and KPIs
2. Provide basic technical support and product recommendations
3. Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
4. Manage customer relationships and update CRM
5. Forecast sales quarterly
6. Develop new and existing accounts
7. Make inbound/outbound sales calls
Requirements:
8. Experience in construction or drainage
9. Strong customer service and communication skills
10. Proficient in IT and CRM systems
11. B2B sales and account management experience
12. Commercial awareness and goal-oriented mindset
