As a Software Development Apprentice, you'll dive headfirst into a dynamic environment where you'll be mentored by industry veterans. This immersive program offers hands-on experience, allowing you to work on real-world projects that make a tangible impact. In this role, youll work towards your Level 4 Software Developer Qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Write semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to craft engaging and user-friendly web experiences. Collaborate closely with team members to develop cutting-edge front-end solutions. Assist in shaping our front-end solutions and refining our development processes. Interpret and contribute to requirement stories, specifications, wireframes, and designs. Develop web applications using frameworks like React. Utilise tools such as GitHub and Jira for version control and project management. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and React is desired. A keen eye with an attention to detail. Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to work independently and within a team. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
