Salary: £26-£26.50 Plus paid breaks

About the Role:
As Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical practices within the home, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring that residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to promote a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the nursing team in clinical excellence and compliance
* Act as a role model for high-quality care delivery
* Oversee medication management and care planning
* Conduct audits and ensure adherence to CQC standards
* Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for staff
* Support residents and families with empathy and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
* Proven leadership or senior nursing experience (e.g. Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager)
* Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices
* Excellent communication and team-building abilities
* Passion for elderly care and improving residents' quality of life
