Are you a dedicated Support Worker with a practical manual handling certificate?
Completely Care is working with an established care provider to recruit compassionate and reliable Support Workers in the Chepstow area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Provide high-quality care and support, ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and wellbeing
6. Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
7. Support individuals with outings and activities that promote confidence and independence
8. Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
9. Administer medication in line with care plans and training
10. Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
11. Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to meet residents’ needs
Requirements:
12. Practical Manual Handling Certificate
13. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
14. Medication training
15. A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
16. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
