Main responsibilities: Environmental Test Engineer
* Plan, set up and execute environmental and mechanical tests (vibration, thermal cycling, shock, etc.)
* Develop bespoke test setups and procure fixtures or equipment as needed
* Collaborate with engineers and project managers across design, NPI and qualification work
* Analyse data, write clear and accurate test reports, and support technical reviews
* Support failure investigations and implement continuous improvements
* Maintain laboratory procedures and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Oversee equipment calibration and perform preventative maintenance
* Mentor and train junior staff or technicians in lab procedures and equipment use
