Junior Client Services Account Executive About the job Interlink is an award-winning marketing services and software start-up that is changing the game in the marketing and lead generation industry. We are looking for a graduate or exec to join the Client Services Team and support our top agency and direct clients. Here's a bit more about the role and why Interlink Role Responsibilities: · Assist Client Services Management (CSM) with account organisation, holding regular status meetings with your teams to keep communication open, and to update relevant workflow documentation and Salesforce/Salesloft. · Support clients through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls, sending out briefs and campaign launches through to progress calls and reports, leading up to campaign renewals. · Assist CSM with creating sales/pitch decks and collating information prior to client meetings. · Work with delivery to provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client calls. · Establish strong relationships with client accounts with the aim of retaining business for the company. · Manage coordination with our delivery and quality teams to hit our KPIs for each campaign (referring to the KPI sheet). · Partner with CSM and the Sales team to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications, including meeting scheduling and sharing contact reports and follow ups. · Assist the team to produce fee estimates together with a scope of work document and tracking and managing budgets. · Producing (and following) accurate timing plans, which should be agreed with all parties. · Assist the CS team in writing resign briefs with input from the delivery team · Research, collect and summarise industry and competitor trends for client teams to be used both internally and externally. · Ensuring client expectations are set and met appropriately and gather client feedback throughout the campaign. · Become a trusted member of the team to maintain professional client communications and delivery of projects on time and on budget. Desired Experience: · Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. · Able to utilise Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar program. · Strong ability to independently deliver against short term immediate goals and long-term strategic objectives. · Excellent organisational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication. · Strong attention to detail with a data driven approach to providing solutions. · You have exceptional analytical skills acquired from previous experiences.
