Speech and Language Therapist – Willow Park School, Buckinghamshire MK14 6LJ
Salary: Up to 53,200 pro rata (dependent on experience). Salary bands: basic grade SALT from 33,000+, Specialist from 39,500+, Highly Specialist from 48,000+.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 3 days per week, 08:00–16:00. Contract: Permanent, term-time only, or flexibility around a full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances.

Responsibilities
* Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, within an education setting.
* Collaborate with the education team and follow the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide practice and clarify roles and responsibilities.
* Contribute to developing an enhanced speech and language therapy offer by supporting the growth of apprentices, students, and therapy assistants.
* Support multidisciplinary clinical teams to provide vital provision in collaboration with education teams, enabling pupils to flourish and gain independence.
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered).
* Experience working in educational settings and with pupils who have trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs is advantageous.
