We are recruiting a Mental Health Crisis Worker to join our Crisis Team, in Gloucester House, Southmead. The team provides a 24/7 service. This exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bristol Mental Health Partnership, which involves collaborative working between a number of organisations to include Second Step and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (part of the National Health Service).

About the role
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to:
* Work with families, carers and friends and be working within a multi-disciplinary team
* Support a caseload
* Display excellent communication skills
* Build therapeutic relationships with service users
* Receive management and clinical supervision, together with group reflective practice
This job is full time and permanent, with a salary of £26,056 per annum. In addition there is an uplift of £2,116 for working nights.
