Step Into a Classroom That Needs You – Primary Teacher, Leeds LS3 We’re currently working with several primary schools across Leeds LS3 who are looking for a full-time Primary Teacher to join them on a long-term basis. These aren’t “tick-box” teaching roles. They’re classrooms where consistency, relationships, and strong day-to-day teaching really matter. You’ll be taking ownership of learning and helping pupils build confidence, structure, and progress over time. Every school is a little different, but the need is the same — someone reliable, capable, and ready to settle into a role where they can make a genuine difference. What you’ll be doing: Leading your own primary class on a daily basis Planning and delivering lessons that support all learners Creating a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment Working closely with staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing Pay & details: £140–£240 per day (depending on experience) Full-time, long-term opportunities Primary school roles across Leeds LS3 What schools are looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Confidence managing a primary classroom independently A steady, consistent approach to teaching and behaviour The ability to build trust and strong relationships with pupils All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
