About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Execution Engineer to join our offshore crane services team, based in Aberdeen. This hybrid role involves office-based project engineering and field-based execution and supervision of offshore operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hydraulic systems expertise, preferably supported by CETOP qualifications, and experience working in dynamic offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office-Based (Approx. 2/3 of Time):
o Develop and compile comprehensive Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
o Produce detailed and practical Work Packs to support offshore lifting and maintenance operations.
o Liaise with internal engineering, HSE, and planning teams to ensure project deliverables meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
o Assist in planning project schedules, material procurement, manpower allocation, and logistics coordination.
2. Field-Based / Offshore (Approx. 1/3 of Time):
o Act as the on-site/offshore supervisor, overseeing project execution and ensuring adherence to RAMS and work pack specifications.
o Lead hydraulic testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair activities on offshore cranes and lifting systems.
