Care Plus Group are looking for Medication Officersto join their team at Community Inpatient Unit tosupport medications within the unit.
Our Community Inpatient Unit is abed-based facility supporting people to recover and regain their independencefollowing a period of illness, trauma, surgery, or significant event. Itsupports hospital discharges, prevents admission to hospital or long-term careand promotes independent living. Its a multi-disciplinary service with Nurses,Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Social Workers, and care staff.

We are currently looking for experienced staff tosupport medications within the unit.
You must have NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and SocialCare and at least one years experience working in a health and/or social caresetting, providing care to individuals. You must also have experience ofhandling medications and ideally have the Safe Handling of MedicationCertificate.
In return, you will offered regular access totraining to further develop yourself, regular support and a flexible caringapproach in the workplace.

Qualifications
* NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care

* Knowledge of Systmone, Web V of equivalent clinical data bases
Experience
* Recent experience of supporting people in either a paid or voluntary capacity (within the last year)
