Our client are currently seeking experienced Insurance Recruitment Consultants to join their teams across the UK!
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the insurance industry.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates to match their skills and career goals with client needs.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from initial client meetings to final placements.
* Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and enhance service delivery.
Experience:
* Proven success and experience as a Recruitment Consultant, specifically in the GI sector.
* Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its various roles, in the UK or USA.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates quickly.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
