Are you a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive ready to join a team that values flexibility, expertise, and great culture?
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a replacement role within a specialist team that focuses exclusively on high-quality Court of Protection work. You’ll manage your own caseload of complex property and financial affairs files, with the support of approachable experts around you and the flexibility to work from home three days a week.

Who we’re looking for
* Court of Protection Solicitor (1–3 PQE) or Legal Executive with equivalent experience
* Strong experience in property and financial affairs Court of Protection work
* Able to manage your own caseload independently
* Likely operating at Grade C level
