A rapidly growing international business is looking for a talented Group Accountant to join its collaborative finance team.
With operations across the UK, US, and India, this is a company scaling fast and ambitious growth plans to make the US its largest entity by 2029.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the UK Financial Controller, youâll play a key role in group consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Youâll gain true international exposure, including travel to the US and India, and be part of a close-knit, high-performing team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver consolidated monthly management accounts across the group.
* Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and group adjustments.
* Support the budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning process.
* Review balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and adjustments for accuracy.
* Liaise with external auditors and support year-end processes.
* Partner with finance teams across the UK, US, and India to ensure aligned reporting.
About You
* ACA / ACCA qualified, ideally first-time mover from practice or early in your industry career.
* Experience in group consolidations, multi-currency, and international entities.
* Audit background with group clients is highly desirable.
* Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with any ERP is a plus.
* Collaborative, proactive, and eager to develop, with a clear path toward future Financial Controller roles.
