Role

* Working for a specialist engineering contractor that works as a Principal Contractor - maybe you're currently working for a main contractor and would rather concentrate purely on the front end civils packages as you lose interest at fit out and services stage.
About You
* Proven experience in first principles estimating – pricing labour, plant and materials for groundworks, sub and super concrete structures, complex civil engineering, excavation and temporary works and or demolition/deconstruction projects.
* Confident in managing the full estimating lifecycle, from bid preparation to post-tender award and handover.
* Previous experience on site in engineering or commercial roles is desirable but not essential - most importantly, you understand the logic and principles that drive the numbers
* You will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record working with a similar specialist engineering contractor or you will have extensive experience pricing civil and structural subcontractor packages for a building or civils main contractor.
* At least 5 years experience in estimating
