Regional Director
Location: Northampton (with regional travel)
Salary: £90,000 + Car + Bonus

We’re working on a confidential Regional Director appointment for a large, multi-site, service-led business operating at scale across the UK.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for regional performance across a complex operational network.

The Role
This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of a regional P&L, leading both operational and commercial teams.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving regional strategy, growth and overall performance
• Full P&L ownership, including budgets and forecasting
• Leading multi-site teams through a visible, engaging leadership style
• Delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Developing strong customer relationships and supporting commercial growth
• Embedding a high-performance, safety-first culture

This is a role offering real autonomy and the opportunity to influence performance across a large, fast-paced operation.

About You
We’re keen to engage Regional / Director-level leaders from sectors such as:

• Transport / Logistics
• Retail (multi-site / regional leadership)
• Distribution / Supply Chain
• Other service-led, operationally intensive environments

You will bring:

• Proven P&L ownership at regional or divisional level
• Experience leading large, multi-site teams
• A track record of improving both operational and financial performance
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support growth
• Excellent leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating within fast-paced, labour-intensive environments
• A valid CPC qualification (this is an essential requirement for the role)
